As an English teacher I’ve always loved reading but I’ve swapped my Shakespeare for books on learning models. Today, you’ll find me identifying problems and utilising my understanding of learning models to create a solution. The solution could be: a simple job aid placed next to the till; it could be a software simulation of how to use a new programme; or maybe, a scenario based learning experience to drive a change in behaviour. The solution should always improve performance and deliver a return on the investment.

The Pandemic was a break in the norm and a moment of reflection for many of us. I am ready for a new challenge.
