In this concept project Team Leaders for an Exam Board practise their leadership and management skills in a safe place. The use of realistic scenarios and impactful consequences are designed to create a lasting impact which will improve results. 

Audience: Quality Assurance Team Leaders for the English Literature GCSE Examination.

As part of Tim Slade's monthly eLearning Challenge, I designed a learning experience aligned with the provided style guide: this allowed me to showcase my ability to follow design constraints whilst implementing instructional design practices.

This microlearning project showcases accessibility options. A drag and drop exercise which was designed to show that it is possible to create an accessible alternative.
